Owned and operated by Kelly Brooks and Ken Bain, Fenelon Stampcrete has over 40 years experience working with concrete as a structural building material and a decorative landscape material.

With three decades of experience in the concrete industry, Kelly established Fenelon Stampcrete as a sole proprietor in 1999.
Ken Bain
At 16, Ken discovered his passion for the creative potential of concrete while working as an employee. Now, he's been a partner at Fenelon Stampcrete for over 5 years.
With our experience and combined creativity, we have been able to create some very unique outdoor living spaces and beautiful interior concrete projects. Our original business of concrete construction has evolved over the years to include full landscape construction. Our pattern stamped concrete blends seamlessly with natural hardscape limestone construction that we can create and install.
Our friendly and courteous staff has been with us for numerous years and are fully insured. They have also acquired the passion we have for creating living spaces with the versatility of concrete.
Our primary source of advertising for our business has always been through referrals. We pride ourselves on the satisfaction of our customers to pass our name on to future clients. We believe it is our passion for and ability in using concrete to compliment any outdoor or indoor living space to the utmost customer satisfaction.
Kelly and Ken are both very ambitious and honest contractors who have, over the years, established a large client base that has been built on referrals and repeat clients.
